About The Position

Overview Sonrava Health is a rapidly expanding network of Dental practices focused on delivering high-quality, accessible dental care. We harness data and technology to drive performance, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes. Our BI team empowers operational and executive leadership with actionable insights across functions including clinical performance, financial planning, marketing analytics, and patient experience The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, RCM, Finance, Clinical Quality, Marketing, IT) to translate business needs into analytical solutions. The BI Manager will also oversee a small team of analysts and ensure data quality, governance, and ongoing refinement of reporting practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of BI projects, dashboards, and reports supporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Translate business questions into analytical requirements and BI solutions for operational and executive teams.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand needs and deliver
Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to leverage data for improved outcomes and efficiency.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing.
Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports using BI platforms (Power BI and SAS).
Guide data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure reliable, accurate data pipelines.
Perform root-cause analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance in areas such as patient volume, revenue cycle, office productivity, and marketing ROI.
Manage and mentor BI analysts and data specialists; provide coaching, performance feedback, and training.
Establish standards, best practices, and documentation for BI processes and team practices.
Champion data governance, ensuring consistency in metrics definitions and data integrity across systems.
Monitor BI solution adoption and usage; iterate and improve to enhance value and user satisfaction.
Contribute to the BI and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to BI tools, processes, and architecture.
Stay current with Power BI features, healthcare analytics trends, and data visualization best practices.
