About The Position
Diversified's Business Intelligence team is seeking a curious, tech-forward intern to take on a project that sits at the cutting edge of AI and knowledge management. You'll design and build a searchable documentation system using Claude Projects, making our Power BI dashboard environment more accessible and intuitive for users across the organization. This is a hands-on role with real business impact — you won't just be observing, you'll be creating a sustainable solution that outlasts your internship. A key part of the role involves documenting your entire process, from prompt engineering to maintenance protocols, so the system can be updated and scaled when the internship program concludes. Requirements
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar large language models — especially for documentation, research, or project work
- Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence concepts; exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical processes into clear, accessible documentation
- A self-starter mindset — someone who can work independently, ask smart questions, and think critically about user experience and information architecture
- Academic background in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field
