Overview As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will gain exposure to a variety of areas within the Information Technology field through projects in creating dashboards, reports, and completing research on improving data mining.

Requirements

Enrolled toward a bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic credentials
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with writing SQL queries

Nice To Haves

Bonus if you possess enterprise analytics skills (e.g., R, Python, SAS); however these skills are not required

Responsibilities

Use Power BI data visualization tools to create data visualizations and dashboards in support of our clients and internal business partners.
Create complex SQL queries to obtain insights from our data to help improve contact center efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and collaborate on insight and visualizations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
Analyze data and produce visual depictions that reveals the patterns, trends, or correlations between different points
Answer complex questions by generating hypotheses and quantitatively testing them
Collect, cleanse, and interpret data sets in order to answer questions or solve a problem
