Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and departments.
Experience with data visualization, process modeling, and business analysis tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems, reporting tools and database design and management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Develop and document business processes illustrating current and future states.
Propose and design both technical and process improvement that align with project goals.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and implemented solutions.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data to support project goals.
Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
Design, develop and modify software systems to support business information dissemination.
