About The Position

Duties Duties include but are not limited to the following: Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using tools like Power BI or Tableau Build and maintain data models, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines Integrate and analyze data from D365 F&O, agronomy systems, IoT devices, and external sources Support traceability, quality, and food safety reporting across operations Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across systems Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Agronomy, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions Provide backup IT technical support and basic troubleshooting to personnel, ensuring minimal downtime when primary IT services are unavailable Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with D365 F&O data entities, BYOD (Bring Your Own Database), or Azure-based integrations (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, or scripting (preferred but not required) Background or experience in agriculture, food processing, or supply chain analytics (preferred but not required) Skills and abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions Proficiency in data management, including validation, cleansing, and transformation Effective communication skills to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments Basic troubleshooting and technical support capabilities Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This position primarily operates in a professional office setting, with regular interaction across multiple business units. The BI Developer / Data Analyst will collaborate with teams across Flour Milling, Bean Processing, and Agronomy, and may periodically visit operational sites to support data collection, reporting needs, and business initiatives. While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to: Standard office conditions including extended periods of computer use, data analysis, and virtual or in-person meetings Occasional exposure to dust, grain particles, and other airborne materials when visiting milling, agronomy, or processing facilities Varying indoor and outdoor conditions when traveling between locations, including heat, cold, and other weather elements Noise levels ranging from low in office environments to moderate in operational or processing areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions
