We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will support leaders on site across the organization by building dashboards, analyzing trends, and helping teams understand the story behind the numbers. Your work will directly influence decisions that shape our operations, strategy, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles.
  • Experience building and supporting BI dashboards and KPI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Light SQL experience working with curated datasets.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (POS, HRIS, finance systems, logistics tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining analytics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality insights

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Create intuitive, visually compelling reporting solutions that empower self-service analytics.
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Trucking, and Fuel to understand business challenges and translate them into data insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, summaries, and data storytelling.
  • Define, document, and maintain KPIs and business rules to support consistent measurement across the organization.
  • Validate accuracy of reporting outputs through routine quality checks.
  • Use light SQL to query curated datasets and support ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineer to request new fields, optimize datasets, and improve data structures.
  • Support data literacy across the organization by helping teams understand how to interpret dashboards and KPIs.
  • Contribute to automated reporting processes that reduce manual workload.
