This position supports Business Operations by developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards, contributing to efficient data models, and following established design, testing, reliability, and change-control standards, with an emphasis on responsive, human-centered design. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in technical data analysis/business intelligence and translating requirements into specifications
2+ years Experience in relevant programming including DAX and M languages
3+ years Experience in related business analysis

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in a related field, i.e., Mathematics, Computer Science, etc may be considered in lieu of some of the required experience (not to exceed 2 years)
1+ years Experience in healthcare
1+ years Experience in Figma or other design applications
1+ years Experience in relevant programming using SQL / Python / Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

Support Business Operations by developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards
Contribute to efficient data models with guidance/review from senior team members
Follow established design, testing, reliability, and change-control standards, with an emphasis on responsive, human-centered design
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations from defined requirements, leveraging user flows/wireframes/mock-ups where provided
Partner with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and document requirements and acceptance criteria with support
Perform testing to validate accuracy, compliance with standards, and intended user experience; document results and resolve defects
Provide end-user support via office hours, documentation, and user guides for assigned BI products
Participate in multiple simultaneous projects and product-oriented teams
Follow team change control processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
