We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado. This role combines advanced data analytics with business intelligence to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. You will work at the intersection of AI-driven solutions and business strategy, transforming raw data into meaningful narratives that empower stakeholders and customers. Requirements

  • An active TOP SECRET clearance or higher is required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Math, or related discipline
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data pipelines preferred
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and apply statistical methods to solve business problems
  • Communication: Skilled at translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business Acumen: Understanding organizational goals and how data analytics support strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote is required

Responsibilities

  • Data Transformation: Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis and AI model readiness
  • Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Apply statistical techniques and leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and/or Python to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain high-quality datasets for mission-critical applications
