About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with strong healthcare analytics experience to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for delivering actionable financial and operational insights across a multi-site, healthcare services organization backed by private equity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and healthcare financial metrics, and is comfortable translating complex data into executive-level insights that influence strategic growth, operational efficiency, and patient care outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
4–7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in: Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization) Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures)
Strong understanding of healthcare financial statements, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Proven experience supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models focused on healthcare operations and financial performance.
Analyze multi-location healthcare data including provider productivity, revenue cycle metrics, patient volume trends, and cost structures.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data governance standards.
Conduct P&L analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling specific to healthcare service lines.
Track and analyze EBITDA, revenue per visit, labor costs, provider utilization, and ROI on growth initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with finance and operations teams.
Monitor healthcare industry trends, reimbursement dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
Benchmark performance against peer healthcare organizations and private-equity portfolios.
Identify risks, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies impacting growth and patient experience.
Prepare executive-level dashboards, board materials, and investor reporting.
Present insights clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
Support due diligence, acquisitions, and expansion analysis.
