As a Business Intelligence Analyst you are responsible for delivering reporting and Business Intelligence solutions to business users and management. You will also advise all levels of business on the best methods to gain insight on business processes, and develop solutions giving the business-critical information for decision making. Your duties will include l coordinating business and technical resources to achieve results using a combination of projects, research, and support engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent.
5 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters
OR, Master’s Degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent and 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters. Experience can include coursework and internships.

Responsibilities

Manages data retrieval and analysis within an organization.
Organizes data points and communicating between upper management and the IT department.
Assists in analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs.
Reviews data to understand trends and develop insights.
Establishes performance metrics, creating reports, and communicating findings to guide business decisions and strategies.
