Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
  • 1-5 years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial analysis required.
  • Power BI development experience required

Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and standardized reports used by leadership and departments.
  • Financial & Operational Analysis Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close through dashboard reporting and data visualization.
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools and data sources. Investigate data discrepancies and work with departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement Collaborate across departments to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data requirements. Provide user training, documentation, and support to promote effective dashboard usage and data literacy.
  • Systems Integration & Continuous Improvement Work with IT to enhance data integrations and governance across systems. Participate in strategic initiatives involving technology integration, workflow improvements, or new data systems.

  • $66,996.80- $83,740.80/annually (Depending on Experience/Education)
  • Equal up to 30% of your salary. Two health insurance options (Traditional Plan & High Deductible Health Plan with HSA), vision, dental, employer-paid Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short Term & Long-Term Disability, and additional voluntary life and critical illness plans.
  • Up to $200 per month in tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment for qualifying employees.
  • Includes a generous PTO package with 40 hours upfront, 10 paid holidays, and 8 hours "Day of Service" for volunteering in the community.
  • Once entry into the plan, employees receive a 3% employer contribution each pay period and up to an additional 5% annual contribution. Employees are 100% vested after 4 years of credited service.
  • Earn up to $1,000 for referring new employees.
