About The Position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fully remote team. This role supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making by transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with analytics teams, operations leaders, physicians, and nurses to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

SQL Expertise– 3+ years writing and optimizing queries
Tableau Proficiency – building interactive dashboards
Healthcare Data Experience– dialysis claims, Medicare claims, or clinical databases
Financial Acumen– understanding revenue, expenses, and basic accounting
Workday Data Familiarity– pulling and interpreting Workday data

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize SQL queries for large, complex datasets.
Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Advise stakeholders on data interpretation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Perform data transformations using Python when needed.
Analyze financial and claims data, including dialysis-level and Medicare claims.
Access and interpret Workday data for accounting and reporting.
Deliver accurate, timely reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
