About The Position
Broward Health is seeking a Research and Cosmos Analyst to join our team and assist in supporting Epic's Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Research and Cosmos Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of Epic Research and Cosmos modules, ensuring seamless integration of clinical research workflows, accurate billing practices, and effective data governance. This individual will manage end-to-end research study lifecycles within Epic, build and maintain billing protocols, oversee Cosmos data mapping and user support, and develop innovative solutions to enhance research operations and data integrity. Serving as a subject matter expert in both Epic Research/Billing and Cosmos, the Analyst will collaborate with research operations, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture, compliant charge routing, efficient research workflow execution, and optimized data utilization. The Analyst will also be responsible for understanding and applying knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage and IRB guidelines, clinical oncology protocols, and strategic guidance to optimize the use of Cosmos for data analysis and reporting.to support research activities This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management and analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to deliver solutions and support research initiatives across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Related Field
