Business Intelligence Analyst - Enterprise Strategy
About The Position
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Enterprise Strategy team and help answer enterprise‑wide questions that inform executive decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions, transforming data into actionable insights and partnering with the Strategy team to develop data‑driven recommendations. In this role, you will structure and analyze data from across the organization, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, compelling stories that shape strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, and motivated by turning complex data into meaningful insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to structure data into clean, usable datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau; experience with additional BI or analytics tools a plus
- Ability to translate data into insights and describe the 'so what'
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn how to present insights effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow
Responsibilities
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns and prepares ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) in order to support business decisions.
- Designs and produces actionable reports that define, build and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), display root cause analysis, and identify areas of improvement.
- Synthesizes data to develop actionable insights and recommendations reflecting both an understanding of the data as well as an understanding of the underlying business process(es).
- Uses visualization, storytelling and prescriptive insights with the data.
- Designs, develops, tests and launches new data products and dashboards into production.
