General Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering, analyzing and coordinating information for use with the Bank’s core system and reporting systems. Analyze current and evaluate new bank systems/service, reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor. Responding to inquiries or requests for information, assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations. Responsible to understand the Bank’s products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively provide support and ensure systems are run efficiently and effectively. Essential Duties: Analyze customer behavior, transaction patterns, and financial performance to support product development, risk management, and compliance. Develop dashboards and reports in reporting software to track KPIs such as loan performance, customer acquisition, and fraud detection. Collaborate with business units (e.g., credit risk, retail banking, compliance) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Conduct segmentation and predictive modeling to enhance customer targeting and retention strategies. Support regulatory reporting and ensure data accuracy for audits and compliance reviews. Translate business questions into analytical problems and provide data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
