With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “We capture what moves”. We have an immediate need for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Lebanon, OH. The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Leveraging analytical, statistical, and data visualization capabilities, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights aligned with organizational and departmental strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics preferred or equivalent experience
2-4 years experience in analytical field a plus
Demonstrated experience developing solutions within BusinessObjects, Power BI, or similar platform
Proven ability to visualize and communicate data insights clearly for stakeholders using BusinessObjects, Power BI, Power Point or similar software
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM software
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP and forecasting tools preferred
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
Creative problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
Strong work ethic with ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective prioritization and time management across concurrent activities
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal directions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where requirements are dynamic and evolve
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Power BI
Dashboard development and data storytelling capabilities

Responsibilities

Apply analytical tools, methodologies, and business acumen to develop insights and recommendations aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) within assigned Primary Focus Areas, including but not limited to: Pipeline vitality and project lifecycle management Commercialization performance Orders, revenue, and margin trends Forecast accuracy and demand trends Pricing and costing performance
Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and tools that support business intelligence strategies and evolving business needs.
Extract, mine, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive optimization and continuous improvement.
Manage defined business processes related to assigned Primary Focus Areas, including system touchpoints with account teams and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting outputs.
Support special analytical projects and ad hoc initiatives as requested by management.
Serve as backup resource to other Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure continuity of reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization, including: Commercial Coordination Account Management Customer Service Demand Planning Sourcing/Procurement Master Data Coordination Pricing Senior Leadership
