Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work closely with business stakeholders, such as product managers, marketing managers, customer service and technical leads to capture requirements, build user stories and acceptance criteria. Responsible for identifying project stakeholders and understanding and defining business needs, project objectives and deliverables. Responsible for project communication, documentation and ensures appropriate stakeholder sign-off. Coordinate with project team to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs/defects, and other development items. Perform validation (i.e. functional, independent validation and verification, and user acceptance testers) to ensure requirements are understood and to acquire testing outcomes. Design and create database objects such as tables, view and procedures. Develop reports, analytics and visualizations to meet business requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in creating Power BI and/or Tableau reporting. Advanced skills in creating and optimizing SQL queries including stored procedures, views, functions, ETL's and Reporting tools. Experience with Snowflake. Experience with Business Intelligence Solutions using Microsoft Technology (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS etc.). Self motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration and motivational skills. Detail oriented with excellent organization skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
