Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau
About The Position
Evolver is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in Tableau to join our Investment Technology team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering insightful dashboards and reports for investment decision makers . This role requires expertise in data visualization and the ability to integrate diverse data models from multiple sources to create cohesive, holistic analytics solutions. T he individual will collaborate closely with the Investment Technology team, leveraging their expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop and Server).
- 5 years of experience creating front office dashboards and reports.
- 5 years of experience with SQL and cloud databases.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with d ata modeling experience, ability to support and develop robust physical and logical reporting layers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with one or more cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
- Familiarity with Tableau Prep, Python, Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to front office investment teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Synthesize data from varied systems (e.g., internal databases, cloud data sources, APIs, etc.) to deliver integrated data models and visualizations.
- Support the firm's cloud migration and AI initiatives, including integration of Snowflake and support of data modelling.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs.
- Document processes, data definitions, and dashboard usage guidelines.
