About The Position

Under minimal direction, coordinates the compilation of technical reporting and analytics components of a project or program. Responsible for the design lifecycle of programs requiring advanced technical knowledge and utilization of advanced programming and database techniques. Competent to work at the highest technical level. Acts as the technical, reporting and analytics expert for the organization. Leads multiple projects for organizational data reporting, data extracts, visual dashboards and related metrics to inform decision-making, planning, and continuous improvement across UC Health. Responsibilities revolve around the collection, manipulation and dissemination of data to support the needs of decision-makers at all levels of the organization. Leads development projects with junior and intermediate staff and is responsible for the creation, documentation, and support of business intelligence (BI) solutions from Epic databases and other data-stores.
