About The Position

Lead a high-performing analytics team to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions for AMXL operations. Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and process automation tools to enhance customer experience, reduce concessions, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs, develop long-term strategies, and drive key initiatives such as Long Term Planning automation, CX improvements, and IoT program optimization. Foster team growth through skill development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and stakeholder alignment. Domestic travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, Engineering, Systems Engineering and Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or business intelligence engineering, data engineering, or data mining related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
  • 2 years of experience in statistics and using data to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis.
  • 2 years of experience in process improvement including Six Sigma and/or AGILE techniques.
  • 2 years of experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases using SQL, Excel and Access.
  • Domestic travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required
