About The Position

As Business Integration Manager, you will lead newly acquired business partnerships, new projects, and reengineered processes into US Tool’s integration network This role sits within the Program Support Group and plays a critical part in ensuring seamless business integration, systems alignment, and long term optimization. You will gain organizational level visibility across business functions and directly shape how newly acquired partners integrate into US Tool’s integration network. This role provides a pathway into future integrations and network strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of active experience working in Business Administration
  • Advanced knowledge and experience Business Integrations
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent time management and execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, teambuilding, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent customer service with a sales acumen
  • Experience with multi facility customer practices and programs
  • Extensive travel may be required
  • Ability to obtain a passport for international travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for a team of employees who travel to customer locations to ensure continuous coverage and support.
  • Oversee staffing models, scheduling, travel coordination, and resource allocation to ensure customer coverage requirements are consistently met.
  • Lead all aspects of new customer startups and implementations, serving as the primary owner of planning, execution, and post launch stabilization.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate logistics for new customer startups, including personnel deployment, equipment, inventory, systems setup, training, and facility readiness.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Finance to ensure successful customer onboarding and program integration.
  • Establish standardized startup and implementation processes, tools, and timelines to support scalable growth and consistent execution.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure implementation milestones, budgets, and service levels are achieved.
  • Drive organizational and cultural effectiveness by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all customer locations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and operational performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assess current state operations, identify gaps, and drive implementation of solutions and adherence to agreed service levels
  • Develop and execute integration roadmaps with defied milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Drive cross functional problem solving sessions and executive ready updates
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, service level enhancements, and process harmonization
  • Support multi facility customer practices and programs.
