Reporting directly to the VP of Business Insights & Application Engineering, the Business Insights Lead is responsible for overseeing the Business Insights staff and resources dedicated to achieving operational goals. The Business Insights Lead plays a key role in mentoring junior team members on data engineering best practices, transforming raw data into actionable insights using ETL processes, SQL, Python, and Pandas and also building reports using SSRS or Power BI.
