Essential Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional business leaders—including Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR— to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, and translate them into structured reporting and performance metrics Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions in Microsoft Power BI Develop and standardize KPIs aligned to corporate strategy and financial objectives Analyze performance trends and provide clear, concise insights that support operational and financial decision-making Ensure reporting outputs are aligned to defined business objectives and intended use Collaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, consistent metric definitions, and scalable reporting solutions Continuously improve reporting efficiency, usability, and clarity across the organization Qualifications Education and Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in business performance, finance, consulting, or operational support roles FleetPride is the leader in the industry comprised of retail, service, distribution and wholesale divisions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in business performance, finance, consulting, or operational support roles

Responsibilities
