The Business Generalist holds a critical function in advancing Our Client’s mission by ensuring the effective execution of ADC business objectives and strategic initiatives. This position applies business acumen and organizational methodologies to coordinate with key stakeholders, systematically gathering and aligning business requirements within an established framework. The Business Generalist executes and maintains systems for tracking performance against business and operational goals, thereby enabling transparent reporting and data-driven decision-making at the executive level. Furthermore, the role encompasses administrative oversight of enterprise template development, support for business training initiatives, and facilitation of general meetings.
