About The Position

The Opportunity: To support financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for Navy programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Business Administration degree or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing budgets preferably for Navy weapons systems.
  • Ability to work with government SMEs and managers to provide solutions for data calls and periodic reports.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports using Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Demonstrate both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents.
  • Track funding through the labor, contracts and major procurement process daily utilizing IBPES and ERP.
  • Allocate funding to projects for execution per NAVSEA Business Rules.
