As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist Sr within PNC's Legal organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA. About the Role The Business Experience & Planning Specialist Sr is responsible for designing, delivering, and governing the training programs that ensure attorneys and staff can effectively use the Corporate Governance’s knowledge management system. This role is central to improving the adoption, searchability, and quality of content. Will lead the strategy, curriculum development, and change enablement efforts that drive consistent legal practice and empower teams to fully leverage the document management system.

Requirements

• Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a department‑wide training strategy that promotes core KM behaviors.
• Design and deliver role‑based curricula for attorneys, paralegals, and operations staff.
• Monitor, measure, and report on DMS (iManage) adoption and compliance.
• Support DMS upgrades and feature rollouts through readiness plans and training.
• Maintain a centralized Training Hub with on‑demand learning resources.
• Facilitate live and virtual trainings.
• Define and track KPIs.
• Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
