As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist Sr within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Chicago, IL. This role is for a senior associate on the Treasury Management (TM) strategy team. Our team is part of the TM Chief Operating Officer organization, and we function as an internal consulting group supporting the head of TM and the TM executive team. In this role, you will: • Analyze drivers of growth for the TM business to help inform investment priorities and focus areas • Research the competitive landscape to understand how technology is shaping the market and how PNC should respond • Develop presentation materials for TM leadership meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Town Halls, staff meetings) and internal and external communication forums (e.g., investor conferences, PNC leadership meetings) • Lead short-term projects to support TM priorities or evaluate new opportunities for growth Key skills that we are looking for: • Problem solving: You can break down a complex problem into logical steps and test your hypothesis as you go • Data analytics: You are comfortable working with large datasets to find insights and test ideas • Communication: You can synthesize analysis into the "so what" message and tailor communication to an executive audience • Project management: You can independently lead a project from start to finish - identifying next steps and engaging with appropriate stakeholders along the way • Collaborative team player: You are willing to dive into anything and learn about new topics PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
