As a Business Experience and Planning Advisor within PNC's Technology-Business Experience and Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. a. This role supports enterprise vulnerability remediation and Workforce Identity and Access Management compliance efforts, partnering closely with technology, risk, security, and operations stakeholders. b. The position is responsible for coordinating remediation activities, tracking execution against risk commitments, and ensuring timely closure of identified vulnerabilities. c. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to translate security and compliance requirements into actionable technology outcomes. d. The candidate will operate in a highly regulated environment with a strong emphasis on risk management, control adherence, and audit readiness. e. This role will collaborate with application teams and enterprise partners to drive consistent, sustainable compliance practices. • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
• Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
• Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
• Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
