About The Position

The Business & Executive Wellness Program Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding and elevating Executive Wellness and Lifesigns Preventive Physical Programs across the Memphis and Mid-South region. This role focuses on building corporate partnerships, enhancing the executive patient experience, and developing outreach strategies that position these programs as a premier destination for preventive, high-performance healthcare. This position blends strategic growth, relationship management, and concierge-style service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, public relations, healthcare program coordination, corporate wellness, marketing, executive client services, or healthcare operations
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executives, corporate partners, and community leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop outreach initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a high-touch, concierge-level client experience with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in data tracking, analytics, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration, marketing, psychology, or related field; or MPH, MHA, MBA
  • Experience working with executives, concierge services, preventive health programs, or corporate wellness initiatives
  • Experience with data tracking, biometric screening programs, and wellness analytics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead ambassador for Executive Wellness and Lifesigns Preventive Physical Programs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with corporate employers, business leaders, and community organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand program visibility, engagement, and enrollment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive participants, managing scheduling, communication, and coordination.
  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience, including coordination of travel logistics when needed.
  • Plan and execute wellness events such as corporate health fairs, community initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Oversee corporate wellness and screening contracts and ensure high satisfaction across employer groups.
  • Maintain and analyze biometric and program data to track trends and improve program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, materials, and communication strategies.
  • Support employer communications and manage corporate contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance programs and wellness offerings.
  • Partner with clinical teams to enhance patient experience, workflow efficiency, and service quality.
