About The Position

The UPS – National Urban League Business Executive Exchange Program (BEEP) Summer Internship is a 12-week immersive experience designed to expose an undergraduate student at Clark Atlanta University to the intersection of business and social impact. The selected intern will provide support across The UPS Foundation’s four focus areas, support national conferences, activations, storytelling projects, and event coordination. The intern will work on high-visibility initiatives tied to partnerships with key national partners. This role also includes support for BEEP-related activities and events during the NUL Conference. Throughout the internship, the student will gain exposure to project management, business storytelling, professional communications, and skills-based community engagement within a Fortune 50 corporate setting.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of applicants, grantees, outside advisors, and other experts.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that communications and deliverables are accurate, professional, and appropriate audience.
• A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.
• Digitally fluent
• Current Student at Clark Atlanta University, current undergraduate junior with an expected graduation date in May 2027 or sooner.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
• Must be willing to travel to Nashville, TN for conference visit (flight and hotel provided)
