About The Position

The Business Execution Project Management Lead will support the initiatives across USRB with a primary focus on creating and launching strategic solutions. The Project Manager will develop, establish and maintain a collaborative and productive interaction between technology, third party vendors, lines of business and risk/control partners. He/she will streamline and strengthen key enablers to meet commitments regarding schedule, budget, and delivering tangible results. This position has the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of the assigned projects by defining and actively managing scope and development and management of project plan to ensure on-time project delivery Advise and provide direction to organizational leaders on methods to improve capabilities Develop curriculum for a virtual organization Leverage, promote, and communicate PM best practices across the organization Manage and enable team members to achieve organizational objectives Prepare, support and help individuals/teams drive organizational change Liaison with Organizational Program Management Office Prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables Monitor development programs and PM tools -- identify areas of improvement and future training needs Core Role Competencies: Organizational Change Management: Adapts quickly to changing conditions. Self-starter with experience at handling organizational change in a process-driven project environment Comfortable working in environments where you’ll need to manage and engage with teams that need to balance both client-centricity and internal/external controls Previous experience at managing individuals Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and changing priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, manage and articulate clearly to project stakeholders and senior management Extensive experience working with various control partners and demonstrated success to strict adherence of control framework, policy and procedures Lead through influence skills – ability to engage, motivate, drive results, and hold a diverse set of colleagues across the organization accountable for attaining set goals and objectives Critical thinker with problem solving capabilities Positive, can-do attitude; does what it takes attitude to drive success Instinctive care about providing a great experience to your customers Attentive to detail and have confidence with project tracking, reports, metrics and presentations. You are proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, or other analytical tools associated with project management Strong conceptual and workload management skills Experience in Agile methodologies Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience
