We’re seeking a relentless, hands-on operator to work directly with the CEO on mission-critical initiatives. You spot problems quickly, dive deep to solve them, negotiate outcomes, understand the economics of what drives profit (margins, unit economics, cross-sell), and push ideas through resistance until they become reality. Immediate priority: own the Los Angeles pilot to test and prove a new business model—new channels, innovative lead generation, dedicated sales + marketing resources, and profitability improvements for our printer + consumables ecosystem. This is builder territory: get it moving, fix what’s broken, measure results, and iterate fast. Once it works, help put lightweight structure around it and move on to the next high-impact initiative. This is not a traditional management role. It’s about your execution horsepower augmenting the CEO’s to drive critical projects from concept to results.
