This role is responsible for the hands‑on administration, execution, and operational support of incentive compensation programs for the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) organization. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to manage detailed control and documentation processes, and the confidence to execute operational controls—not just support or advise. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning processes end‑to-end, performing control execution, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a strong risk environment.
