Wells Fargo & CompanySan Antonio, TX
$77,000 - $133,000Hybrid

About The Position

About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). This role is responsible for the hands‑on administration, execution, and operational support of incentive compensation programs for the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) organization. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to manage detailed control and documentation processes, and the confidence to execute operational controls—not just support or advise. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning processes end‑to-end, performing control execution, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a strong risk environment. Business Execution & Operational Responsibilities Execute day-to-day administrative processes for assigned incentive plans, with a focus on accurate and timely payout calculations. Perform direct control execution, including incentive calculation reviews, monitoring activities, documentation of evidence, and validation steps in accordance with policy and control requirements. Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify process gaps or recurring issues across metrics, controls, and business operations. Maintain clear and audit‑ready documentation, including procedures, job aids, workflows, and system instructions. Support internal audits, exams, and review activities, including participating in audit walkthroughs once fully trained. Evaluate and implement opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, or risk reduction. Strategic & Consultative Responsibilities Utilize independent judgment to manage moderate‑risk deliverables and guide decisions within the Incentive COE. Present findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to leaders and business partners. Collaborate with functional leaders, HR partners, control groups, and WIM stakeholders to ensure program accuracy and operational consistency. Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement Provide high‑quality customer service to incentive plan participants, leaders, and internal stakeholders, resolving inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, and tools supporting HR Incentive Compensation, including data repositories and calculation platforms. Team Collaboration Partner with fellow COE team members to share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational improvements. Provide informal guidance or direction to less‑experienced Strategy & Execution staff.
