Contributes to ethics and compliance operations by managing intake processes, preparing reports, and coordinating training logistics. Applies established procedures to resolve routine issues and maintain data integrity within compliance systems. This position supports adherence to policies, laws, and regulations by assessing internal controls, monitoring activities, aiding risk reviews, and helping develop compliance programs. They also manage ethics policies, monitor conduct, investigate unethical behavior, and implement safeguards to prevent future violations. Description Designs, develops, implements and promotes awareness of the organization's business ethics policies. Monitors the organization's standards of conduct and ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees and the communities in which business is conducted. Investigates allegations of unethical activity and develops safeguards to eliminate future breaches of the organization's ethics policies.
