Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Outgoing, confident, and skilled in face-to-face communication
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player but able to work independently
  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available for weekends and evening events

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients at live events, community activations, and outreach campaigns
  • Represent company clients with professional, consistent messaging
  • Support sales and fundraising initiatives, helping meet or exceed campaign goals
  • Track interactions, leads, and results to measure business development performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
