This position is to develop relationships with existing clients while also developing new clients. Our business has predominantly been focused on the Oil & Gas market with a desire to also expand to other markets such as mining, power, microchip processing, distribution centers, food processing, and agribusiness. We need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships in a seller/doer model. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, opening dialogue regarding capital projects & longterm nested positions, and working closely with senior management to close deals. Once the deals are closed, consistent follow-up with clients is a critical task that must be maintained. We will rely on you to develop a strategic business development plan. This position will be evaluated on sales quotas. Travel throughout the Southwestern United States is required for this position. Must have experience managing a team of Business Development managers.
