About The Position

Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur is now under the umbrella of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup, and we are seeking a customer-centric team player for our elite team in the full-time role of Business Development Specialist. This is a Monday through Friday position, no Saturdays. As a Business Development Specialist you will respond to internet customer inquiries, assist with handling the leads and the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. Requirements

  • 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the service department.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
