We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and imaging centers, supporting growth through market knowledge, consistent outreach, and collaborative service. This is a referral-driven, relationship-driven position requiring a solid understanding of imaging services, including advanced and subspecialty imaging, and the ability to communicate clinical and service capabilities through professional interactions. This position is located in the Kirkland, Washington, and surrounding area. At Radia, we are redefining how radiology care and service is delivered to our customers, patients, and partners. Compensation: Annual salary range $32.20/hour to $48.30/hour. The Annual salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week. Position Summary We are seeking a self-motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to support growth for our radiology practice. This role focuses on increasing referrals to local sites, strengthening relationships with referring providers and imaging center teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, market insight, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in the field with reliable transportation, while collaborating with leadership to understand and meet the needs of each site and each local healthcare market represented by this position.
