LRMB is looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our premium residence portfolio and owner base. This ideal candidate will use prospecting strategies to identify owner leads. They will have strengths in acute attention to detail, leadership, and strong management skills to be able to identify, and research potential hotel and condo private residences, partnerships with Real Estate Agents, and travel partners to build the LRMB portfolio. They should have a solid understanding of the vacation rental business, LRMB goals, manage a successful team, and can also determine a plan to achieve them. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive outbound sales efforts and build relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, and other B2B channel partners. The primary goal of this role is to generate meetings for our Broker and create revenue opportunities through consistent outreach across multiple communication channels.
