We remove the legwork and logistical obstacles in finding the best assisted living, memory care, or other residential living for our clients while helping families wade through the thousands of senior living options in San Diego County. Our job is to present all care options, traverse a complex healthcare system, and connect our clients to vetted local resources. As we move into a growth phase, we’re seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our San Diego team in a hybrid role. The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is responsible for cultivating and managing referral relationships to generate qualified leads for Senior Care Authority’s placement and consulting services. The BDS builds partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and community organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new client opportunities throughout San Diego County. This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and families, staff members, and the general public. This is a crucial role in the organization for an experienced sales professional in the senior/healthcare arena, and requires an energetic, relationship-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently in the field, communicating with healthcare and senior care providers, and representing Senior Care Authority with professionalism and compassion. This is an outside sales exempt position
