Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Preferably in merchandising, public relations, advertising or business.
  • Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multitask to switch focus quickly and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Must have efficient and accurate computer data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment so you can act with a sense of urgency and adhere to set deadlines.
  • Have an enthusiastic and personable demeanor with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the EVP and Director of Business Development to develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Attend potential and new client meetings to provide/explain Pacific Northern capabilities, internal processes, timelines, and point of difference.
  • Maintain CRM systems by tracking leads, daily outreach, and other performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and local industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on new RFPs/Projects and discuss growth strategies.
