Rivet Operations Company, LLC has an opening for a Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in the Southern California area. The Business Development Specialist provides expertise to assist the company as we grow our business in the Government Contracts (GovCon) sector, with a primary focus on top-of-funnel activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building to create and maturing new business opportunities. As a Business Development Specialist, this role supports the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal submission, while contributing to pipeline growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (e.g. technical reading, writing, grammar, etc.), compliance awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
