The Business Development Specialist role is responsible for lead generation, increasing the sales pipeline, and supporting lead generation programs. The role will focus on outbound prospecting for new business on a one-to-one basis and supporting automated outbound campaigns. The ability to exercise independent judgment and creativity in the prospecting process is important. Daily activities may include direct lead prospecting, executing large scale programmatic campaigns, assisting with campaign creation, reporting, and communications with management, marketing, and sales. This role is a hybrid remote position which requires 1-2 days per week in office at the Liberty, SC location.
