The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving marketing, referral development, and relationship-building efforts across multiple healthcare entities within an assigned geographic territory. This role plays a key part in expanding service line awareness, increasing patient referrals, and fostering partnerships within acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, and post-acute and assisted living environments. The Business Development Specialist will work under the direction of the Executive Director to execute business development strategies, identify new referral opportunities, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. A strong emphasis is placed on meeting census goals, enhancing brand visibility, and promoting a culture of growth and collaboration. The assigned region will be Orange, Polk, and Osceola counties.
