About The Position

Additionally, the specialist will manage customer and lead database to track trends, provide market insights, and support the company's growth by driving sales and expanding the customer base.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, particularly focusing on identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships that lead to business opportunities.
  • Experience in utilizing marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems like HubSpot, and content management systems.
  • Experience in creating RFP, RFI, WOs, and COs.
  • Demonstrated analytical proficiency with a keen ability to derive insights from data.
  • Sound technical acumen and proficiency in digital media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and presentation of ideas.
  • Proven track record in crafting and refining content with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong capabilities in prioritization, organization, and project management to effectively handle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in management or marketing.
  • Business administration, communications, or a related field with relative experience will be considered.
  • English - Advanced

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Biostatistics or Biometrics industry will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as sponsor liaison with sound customer service to nurture business relationships and drive current, renewing, and future business opportunities
  • Act as key point of contact for drafting revenue-driving budget proposals across all sales cycle stages, from initiating estimates to signing contractual work agreements, and beyond
  • Average 1-3 days turnaround time for key budget, proposal, and contract-related deliverables
  • Work to leverage HubSpot CRM platform for customer outreach and communications in the goal of driving sales
  • Collaborate with fellow team members on marketing strategy to improve trade show presence and overall company brand image with end goal of sales generation
  • Serve as custodian of HubSpot CRM and leads pipeline to ensure sales cycles are closely monitored and that business opportunities are not overlooked or forgotten
  • Build and maintain rapport with key clients to facilitate future upsell opportunities with existing sponsors
