About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Specialist to lead outbound B2B sales efforts in the US IT staffing market. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, engaging hiring decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Talent Leaders), and driving full-cycle sales for contract and permanent technology staffing solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity outbound environment and understands US hiring trends, staffing models, and tech ecosystem dynamics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Experience selling IT staffing / recruitment services
  • Strong outbound sales experience.
  • Experience working with the US market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong objection-handling ability
  • Understanding of IT roles: Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/ML
  • Ability to identify hiring signals and research companies
  • CRM proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach: Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn prospecting
  • Target: SaaS companies, startups, enterprises, and tech firms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Business Development (US Market)
  • Identify companies actively hiring tech talent (job postings, funding, expansion signals)
  • Engage decision-makers: CTOs, Engineering Managers, Hiring Managers
  • Position IT staffing services as a solution to hiring challenges
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Presentation → Negotiation → Closure
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs
  • Present tailored staffing solutions (contract / permanent)
  • Close new business and onboard clients
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement
  • Drive repeat business and account growth
  • Pipeline & KPI Management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including: Daily outbound activity, Weekly meetings booked, Client acquisition targets
  • Provide regular sales reporting and forecasts
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team
  • Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements
  • Ensure fast turnaround and quality candidate delivery
