Business Development Specialist (Hospice) Southwest/Central Houston Full Time

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum ( 1) year of hospice marketing experience
  • Medical Contacts in the Southwest/Central service area with an established book of business
  • Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Able to establish, maintain, and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, cultivate and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals
  • Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency
  • Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency
