Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales success (service-based or facilities industry preferred)
  • A strong closer with confident presentation and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Self-starter with a winning mindset and strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
  • Deliver dynamic, persuasive presentations that win business
  • Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies
  • Close deals and exceed revenue targets
  • Build Powerful Client Relationships Connect with Property Managers, Asset Managers, General Managers, and key decision-makers
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
