Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting to small groups and individual stakeholders.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and market analysis abilities that allow you to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment—Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Represent WoundCentrics with integrity and professionalism in all interactions: strong decision-making skills and sound judgment.
  • A valid state driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record are required.
  • Sedentary to light work, with the ability to occasionally exert up to 50 lbs. of force.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Spearhead targeted growth strategies to increase wound care referrals across your assigned market. You’ll analyze local conditions and tailor your marketing approach to maximize impact and drive program awareness.
  • Physician Partnerships: Engage with physician practices to be the face of WoundCentrics in the community. Build strong, meaningful relationships with key medical professionals and their staff, educating them on the benefits of referring patients to our specialized wound care programs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with wound care center leadership and internal stakeholders to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans. Your collaboration will be key in meeting our business development goals and ensuring continuous growth.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide valuable insights by producing weekly field reports and presenting monthly outcomes. Evaluate business development strategies, track success metrics, and propose data-driven recommendations for continued improvement.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Contribute to developing new focus areas that align with market shifts, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Support and implement targeted marketing strategies that help keep our wound care and hyperbaric services ahead of client needs.
  • Compliance: Uphold all HIPAA guidelines and ensure all business activities align with company policies and best practices.
